The smallest of Utah’s "Mighty 5" national parks, Bryce Canyon is best known for its hoodoos--intricately-carved rock spires left standing by erosion. This incredible park is home to more hoodoos than anywhere else in the world.
Located in northern Montana, bordering Canada, Glacier National Park spans over 1 million acres and is home to more than 700 miles of hiking trails, 130 named lakes, and a rich diversity of wildlife including grizzly bears, mountain goats, moose, and lynx.
Glacier is also part of the world’s first International Peace Park, sharing its northern boundary with Canada’s Waterton Lakes National Park.

The Mt Whitney hike is on every hiker's bucket list. At 14,505 feet, it's the highest point in the lower 48 and is one of those rare high peaks that you can hike to without any mountaineering skills. Most people tackle Mt Whitney as a 21.5 mile round-trip day hike. It long and very doable with the proper training. There's also a great sense of accomplishment in hiking Mt Whitney in a day.
