The Camino De Oeste allows visitors to discover the beautiful desert scenery of Tucson Mountain Park, home to one of the best saguaro forests in the world. This relatively easy trail is a great option if you're short on time. The second half is a little more exciting, featuring expansive mountain views and the ruins of the historic house at the end. The trail itself is rocky in parts, with a few short climbs over rocky steps, but it is well-marked and well-kept.

  One of the most popular hiking trails Saguaro National Park, this route is one of the few ways to reach the stunning Wasson Peak. Offering stretches of cactus-lined paths. The trail covers a variety of terrain and elevation, ensuring that you will be thoroughly entertained throughout your hike. This is a fantastic trail to witness the saguaros in bloom.

  At 4,688 feet and one of the best summit hikes near Tucson, Wasson Peak is the highest point in Saguaro National Park west. A challenging but rewarding trail, Wasson Peak winds through towering saguaro cacti, colorful desert wildflowers, and rugged mountain scenery before reaching panoramic views of the Sonoran Desert and the Tucson valley.
